Get Repair Quote NowThe 6920 Communications Server uses standard Microsoft Windows views, structure, and formats. The GUI provides a familiar environment, which allows new users to sit down and quickly become productive. Views can be customized to show the information necessary to manage and operate your system. All of the functions originally available on the Norand 492X communications servers have been carried forward.
The 6920 system provides management and communications in one easy to use package. The system logs are available in ODBC format allowing use by other programs. Critical events are moved directly to the NT System Log. Standard NT management programs and tools allow that information to be used for paging and notification of administrators in the case of critical system problems.
